During a general healing session, I complete a scan of your aura and chakras to determine which areas could be interfering with your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health. I then focus on sending healing energy using the traditional Usui reiki method to the areas where it is most needed. During sessions I try to clear any emotional blockages and stagnant energy that come to my attention. I work with each of the chakras to make sure that they are functioning properly. I also cut energetic cords that might be attached to you, which might cause you to have a difficult time letting go of the past or particular people from the past. Many times, people have aura tears, damage, punctures or other injuries that I also try to patch up. I also send energies to four energy bodies, promoting mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Best of all, this can be done from the comfort of your own home. After the session, I will send you some notes via email as to what I picked up on during the healing session. This is for 30 minutes.
